About this program

Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards is the Government of Indonesia scholarship scheme to fund Indonesian students for mobility program at top Universities overseas. Undergraduate students could spend one semester at the overseas university partner to study, to experience the host country's culture and undertake practical assignments to hone their skills.


The scheme is centrally managed by Directorate General of Higher Education(DGHE), Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC) and is open for undergraduate students from all Indonesian higher education institutions under DGHE.

Each candidate is required to fulfill the following requirements:

The requirements shown above are the minimum pre-requisites to apply for Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards Program. Please note that some universities might require higher qualifications to enroll.

  • GPA Minimum 3.00
  • English language proficiency(TOEFL iBT 80/TOEFL ITP 550/ IELTS 6.0/ Duolingo 100)
  • Home university nomination
  • Semester 4 - 7 Indonesian undergraduate students (S1)
  • Currently enrolled in Indonesian Universities under The Directorate General of Higher Education, MoEC
